The Perl 6 project is starting to take shape. Kirrily Robert and Nat Torkington have now created a draft project plan/roadmap. It's available at:

p.s. I'm posting these Perl6 snippets because I think that people might be interested in them. If all of the interested people are already on the relevant mailing lists and I'm wasting my time, then please let me know.

p.p.s. I'm not really involved in the Perl6 project (yet), I'm just passing this news on from the mailing lists that I monitor. It seems a bit weird, therefore, that people vote these nodes up so much. My What's Wrong With Perl node has the highest rep of any node I've ever posted which makes me feel a bit of a fake :) Probably best, then, if you don't vote for this node.

Please keep posting them. I haven't the time nor the energy to wade through the mailing lists but I am an interested spectator. I was going to see if anybody wanted to do something like this.

    Thanks.
