I would go with Elian's suggestion. Look at Re: save browser's result to image file and •Re: save browser's result to image file.

Though I'm curious as what it's for. I won't repeat all the comments above but it doesn't mean much unless you are going to try and compare guesstimates of relative size differences between different html pages.
