You don't need to know who did it. Remember, it's not your place to deal with the offender. Just give the gods all of the details. You could list the members of Power Users who were visible, the time it occurred, the length of time that you were borged and possibly a transcript of the conversation.

They should be able to check the logs to find out who is responsible so that it can be dealt with privately.
