Assuming you want to place such a restrictive versioning burdon on your web clients. I'd consider doing this sort of thing on a company intranet, I'd never do this for anything externally facing.

    Nevermind that, eventually, most browsers will support it... for the ones that don't indicate that they can Accept the right media types, you can always do server side XSLT processing.
