shotgunefx has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

I was wondering if anyone knew of a module for the UPS Online Tools XML interface. I could have sworn I saw one on the recent modules list on CPAN a few weeks ago, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I'm pretty sure I didn't imagine it.

I'm aware of the Business::UPS and Business::Shipping::UPS. Not what I want and as of today they don't work. They use the old rave/qcostcgi.cgi api which was technically abandoned in 2000. All night UPS has been screwy and now the rates and selection via it are plain wrong. They may fix it but technically they dropped it 3 years ago so I was thinking I would finally tackle the XML API. Though if it's already done as a module well even better.

Anyone else remember seeing this?
