Being serious for a moment, this is probably not a bad idea, although I remain unconvinced that it's a good idea either. Reinforcing good behaviour is not equivalent to punishing bad behaviour. I'm not sure we want to go that route.

Well alright then, I can't speak for anyone else, I'm not sure I want to go that route. So that's a basically undecidced but more not in favour than in favour.
