I've downloaded main pm files from Cpan, but how do I install it via PPM3 ? I've tried many ways of doing it.. please give me detailed line by line instructions Thanks

    If you cannot get a ppm file for a module you want to use, you can try making your own ppm and installing that.

    You don't need to get the .pm files from CPAN for activestate, the PPM command will get the appropriate file and install it for you.

    Type:

    ppm help
    
    at a command prompt
