Description: PERLotto lets you configure a lotto game checker that will verify your lotto ticket games against the official winning numbers. Optional bonus (powerball, etc.) is supported.

Requires a games.txt (where you type your lotto ticket games into, and perlotto.cfg file in the same folder where PERLotto.pl resides.

This is my first work. It's not great programming but it works, at least on my wintel box.

I'd be curious if it runs on other OSs and would welcome any critism.
