perldoc -l Module::Name gives you the exact location of the module on Unix and NT systems.

Not so. `$ perldoc -l Term::Shell /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/Term/Shell.pod` [download] It gives you the location of the POD, which may or may not be the module itself. Makeshifts last the longest.	[reply] [d/l]

Here is what I found from perldoc at perldoc.com -l file name only Display the file name of the module found. Now, I have used it all the time. I didn't know otherwise. artist	[reply]
