My native language is (American) English, but I speak enough Japanese, French, and German to be able to get around in most areas of those countries. And I can usually understand some Spanish here and there because it's so similar to French.

I'm currently studying (British) English since I find it fascinating and want to be able to impress/confuse all my friends (and better understand Monty Python's Flying Circus).
