This may be old news, but I just read in the current issue of the Insider Newsletter that pair Networks has donated $25,000 to the perl foundation! I'm sure pair is too humble to toot their own horn, so I thought I'd toot it for them here :)
If I'm not mistaken it's pair that has provided us with the bandwidth and hardware for this site as well. I think companies like pair deserve attention for their help and support to the perl community.

    If only they could have donated it to the Reduce the Orange fund...

    Seriously though, thanks Pair! I've already referred one person to their hosting service mainly because they've done such a great job with hosting Perl Monks.

    That's pretty incredible. Such a large donation should be front page news on the foundation's website. Someone tell their Board of Directors thanks! By the way, does anyone know what the biggest donation to the foundation ever is? Just curious.
