Sorry. Lithuania scored some 20-odd spots lower than even New Zealand.

And I make no claims for the accuracy of the survey used. It was just in nearly the perfect form I was looking for (I could pull out a single number per country and just let the numbers decide what to include) and it mentioned predictions for 2004 and so appeared rather current.

I've lost track of the link to it or I'd just include it.

No, you shouldn't be sorry, you've done a great job. It would be unrealistic to include Lithuania here as it has a population of only 3 million souls. Now the choice between Central-Southern and Eastern Europe got me thinking for about 2 seconds ;)	[reply]

Why population has to do with this wacky question? Indonesia which is roughly 250 millions only registered one. Lithuania (3 mills) is considered well to registered 13 souls.	[reply]

You could always choose Australia :) /me ducks and runs for cover from the wrath of the Kiwis ps I am not an Aussie, but I did spend some time there. Also visited New Zealand for several weeks. You guys have a beautiful country... Although I can't say I'm a big fan of the single lane shared car/train bridges.	[reply]
