I should have mentioned that I've already seen that document. For future reference, the second link's entry for the URL file format points to the same thing as the first link. Unfortunately this document wasn't overly helpful, and I was hoping someone here might have some further insight into the issue that simply hadn't been published.	[reply]

It looks like hex. It is probably a MS "FILETIME" timestamp in hex, which is 100ns increments since January 1, 1601 (UTC). - tye	[reply]
