princepawn has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

As you all know, if you are editing a question, and you hit the "talk" button in the chat window, the page is reloaded, but the question data does not disappear, but instead is "sticky" meaning it sticks around on the next presentation of the form. As a matter of fact, is PerlMonks strictly CGI.pm or does it use HTML::Template or just what for its front-end implementation?
