It does not look like anyone else has griped about this yet - I'm getting a horizontal scroll bar when I visit the "Seekers of perl wisdom" section at this site.

I'm running Internet Explorer 6.0.2800, at 1600x1200 resolution. I do not get the horizontal scroll bar in other sections.

I spent over 45 minutes trying to compare the HTML's between scrolling and non-scrolling pages, but I could not see anything relavent. I'm hoping someone more familiar with the ccs's used will spot the issue.

FYI - I have not defined any style sheets or anything funky in my "user settings", and I use the standard "blue-web-safe" theme.

Are you sure you haven't checked the Code Wrap Off flag or chosen a large value for line wrapping code sections in your User Settings?

Aah - yes - the the old New code wrap options messed me up.

Unchecking "Code wrapping off" did the trick, as did leaving it on, with a value entered for "code wrap length".

Thanks, liz (Vote ++) - I shall now meekly pick up what's left of my dignity, and RTFM.
