Anonymous Monk has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:
Hello,
I am frantically looking for a Perl Module called CGIP. It is supposed to have the functionality of CGI::Request among other things. Since I do not have the option to install the concurrent version system on my ISP’s server but can upload CPAN Modules I am hoping to find this module or its functionality. When accesseing the Perl and CPAN Websites or when accessing CPAN though my shell The computer is looking for the Module CGIP but can’t locate it because the author does not seen to have been entered correctly or something like this.
Do you have any idea if this module actually exists and where I could get a copy of it or how I can get its functionality?
Thank you for your help
Kay Hilsberg
When I search CPAN for CGIP, I get the The CGI-Perl Developers mailing list. This looks like it is regarding CGI::Request, along with some other modules. This is a mailing list, not a downloadable CPAN module. It looks like you will need to install these modules seperately.
