DONE!
I added them all except waxmop's Why you should use strict. It had about 38 edit votes, 25 keep votes, 1 delete vote and a rep way less than 20.
I also added a new top level section: Perl Idioms Explained as well as a sub section under Getting Started with Perl: "Perl Installation".
I hope that everyone is happy with this. I will be glad to make any corrections.jeffa
