It looks good to me! The table will probably need some additions, the only thing that I have used here which is not in the table is the "type" attribute on a blockquote, but I use that for a type which only affects Netscape, so it isn't a big deal. I also think that all special character escapes should be legal. (They only affect the display, right?)

As for home nodes, I use those for navigational purposes. (Who is this person, what have they written?) I think I like the idea of a fairly restrictive set of rules for home nodes, with a certain seniority getting a "play node" with which you can do anything with (within reason)..
