Try
use Win32::Process::Info;
and/or
use Win32::GuiTest; and/or
use Win32::API;.
If Win32::Process doesn't give you the neccessary details, you can always scrape task manager with Win32::GuiTest,
or if that's too yucky ;) you can
try with Win32::API and
