If you execute this script in the same directory as it and you don't pass any parameters, your Usage() doesn't construct $prog correctly. 
    my ($prog) = $0 =~ /\/([^\/]+)$/;

---- Change to:

use File::Basename;

...

    my ($prog) = basename($0);
