Do you mean the ISO8583 character set? If yes all you need to do is to concatenate letters from it. Or convert something from other encoding - a usefull module for that would be Encode.

    Is there such a thing as a ISO 8583 character set? A quick glance at Google reveals that it is a protocol rather than a character set. Googlism has some nice definitions.

    I must admit I was confused initially as well.
