I'm sorry, but I think you guys are being too limited... Why do you think this should be EXACTLY like other forums? We could (and SHOULD) adjust the idea in a way that fits our community.
A simple example? We could use sticky nodes just on searches with the possibility to avoid them via super search. If anyone has another please stand up and talk, that's why we are here, right?
About who should organize the sticky nodes I don't know man, maybe we could name one level for it, like level 9 or any other.
You see, I don't have all the answers, the only thing I do have is an idea that I think could improve the PM experience for everyone.
