Yes, send a report to www.microsoft.com. You better check your operating system too. If you find the strings "95", "98" or "service pack", you might have a problem there too.

Somewhat offtopic, but I went to put Netscape on a new PC, and their download page detects the browser, and tells you if there is an upgrade. When I went on with the default IE, it came up with the exact same thing:
You are currently using: Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0
An Upgrade is available: Netscape Communicator 4.75
I was rather amused by Netscape calling itself an "upgrade" to IE. Fits my personal world just fine, though.
