I'm sure if you posted to jobs.perl.org with a job offer for money, someone would do it. There are even other Perl (and other language) sites out there that specialize in providing timely, custom tailored programs for a small fee. Sounds like homework to me though, so I'd face the music and just do it (or at least try) myself. Show some true effort, ask well-written questions (How (Not) To Ask a Question) and you'd get a much better response here on PM.
