NN needs to be fixed to not show the button for AM. I added it to the pmdev todo wiki.

Unfornatly, it'd be very difficult to make the button work well of anonymous monks. There's simply no mechinisim for the code of NN to have any effect on the header, which it would need to in order to set a cookie.
