Howdy!

I dealt with it by moving the pmsig line to right before the "real" signature part, since I use my signature to provide me with a template for my notes. I'm lazy and thereby get to avoid gratuitously typing "Howdy!", etc.

Michael

    They're not part of the signature itself, but inserted at write time. Moving one line for every post is not something I'd like to do. I use my signature as a template because I'm lazy, not because I like repeating tasks.

        See also Re^3: Add CSS class for signatures? (repatch). Perhaps that will help you understand.

        It does. Thank you.

        Juerd # { site => 'juerd.nl', plp_site => 'plp.juerd.nl', do_not_use => 'spamtrap' }

      Howdy!

      I left out an important detail: I fixed it on the user- options page. When I compose a message, the edit box reads:

      Howdy! <P> <P> <div ckass="pmsig"><div class="pmsig-73441"> yours,<BR> Michael

      I don't have to move that line each time. I did the lazy thing and fixed my signature.

      Michael
