Anonymous Monk has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:
The ers-as1.dsk file is 5.2 GB and when I check on this script after 45 min. no file has been copied. When I perform a "cp" at command line I can get the file to copy. I'm running Linux Redhat 2.1, (actually ESX server 1.5.2)use File::Copy; use strict; copy("ers-as1.dsk","ers-as2.dsk");
