This is a JAPH that requires my List::Part module. Took me a while to get it down this small, actually...perhaps it'll go in the documentation.

Note that it isn't really that well obfuscated--the operating principle is simple once you look at it long enough... (Also note that it's formatted for cmd.exe's command-line conventions; you'll have to tr/'"/"'/ to run it on Unix.)
