Could we get a nodelet that just has the sections and headlines on the page?

I mean something like this:

New Questions:
 print to memory? (2) Rydor
 Allowing object... (4) Fastolfe
 Randomize an Ar... (12) Zebu
 etc...
New Meditations:
 Seti@home and P... (7) Ovid
 etc...

I am wearing out the scroller on my mouse looking for new stuff every few hours =)

    YES!!!!!!

Sorry, I've been thinking about asking for the same thing.

I'd make a separate page for each section. Even just a check box for "titles only" on each section's page that would give you 50 titles per page.

...and if you strip off header and side-box stuff It would be perfect for us Palm/Visor users.

Ignoring the poor netiquette of responding to my own post and the vile whiff of karma whoring which I hope is coded against for a moment, I'd like to point out that Newest Nodes is quite fine for now. =) *sigh* On the other hand, there is something to be said for cramming even more functionality onto the main page. Especially "#" linking to named links for quick scrolling. =P

I'm thinking of changing my sig to TIMTOWTSTM, "There is more than one way to surf The Monastery" =)
