You need to calm down and ask yourself what information you've given us to work with. Here's what we know so far:
- You used to be able to surf to http://myip/cgi-bin/myscript.pl and you'd get some result that you expect. (We don't know what this page did, or what the code is, but we believe you.)
- Something has changed (presumably) and now instead of seeing the results of that script, you get re-directed to http://foo.example.com/test. (We don't know if that's a re-direction that you coded as part of your script, whether it's due to your account closing (see above), an Apache mis-configuration, a network outage, some bad hardware, you surfing from a node that can't reach the web server, a virus, some badly installed software, a mis-behaving operating system, voltage fluctuations or all of the above.)
Here's the way the Monastery works: you post an example (hopefully a short one) of what didn't work, and we try to solve it. If you just burst in and start shouting, we won't be able to make head or tail of what you're talking about.
This is my first post, and it is the worst node of the week.
So now you've learned how NOT to ask a question at Perl Monks.
I don't think I will ever ask a question here again.
That's your loss. Ours too, perhaps, because this a terrific perl resource and (!) a fun community. But it doesn't suit everyone, that's true. Even some long time members occasionally get burned to a crisp when their resolve slips.
I wish you the best of luck on your journey.

Life is short: get busy!
Update: Corrected a typo and a missing word (know).

The wise folks here can help you a great deal more if you post your code. In this case, what does myscript.pl look like? Also, what have you tried towards solving this problem?
Update:
> Holy crap. This is my first post, and it is the worst node of the week. I mistakenly thought asking a question was the purpose of "seeking for wisdom." Boy was that a baptism by fire. I don't think I will ever ask a question here again. It's like yelling fag in a gay bar.
Sorry, but the Monastery can be a bit rough when you do not offer code and explain what you have tried so far. However, some of us tried to offer suggestions on improving your inquiry. Unfortunately, since you still have not offered code, etc., the XP bloodshed will likely continue. I hope that you will post your code, get your answer(s), and continue on to become a valued member of this community. If so, you might check this out before posting again. |

Without code, we cannot help you. Many people here, including perlmonks itself run off of apache, iis and perl. If there was a particularly big bug in any of these, then i'm sure you solely wouldn't be the only one to get it :)
I'd suggest using your error logs for clues if you can't show code.
Play that funky music white boy..

This can be due to many factors, as others have posted already, including you not paying the ISP bill, and they have discontinued your account ;-)
(assuming you you mean an IP address out of the private ranges with "myip")

I suppose I am going to repeat whatever else has been given in reply.
If you had given us something to go on, then we could have helped. If you had given us the REAL URL for your server, we could have done a number of tests and figured it out. But you DIDN'T, in fact you gave us squat!
If you had given us the code for your script, I am usre that within minutes several monks would have moved it to a live server and tested it. Then we could have told you if the scriupt had a problem, if so, where it was. BUT YOU DIDN't, you gave us SQUAT.
If you had told us exactly where you were being redirected, even that might have helped, BUT YOU DIDN'T! Again, you gave us SQUAT.
If you go back on your threat and do ask a question again. Please give us something to work with! That way you actually ask a question, which is how you seek wisdom, and we, in return, can give you the benefit of many years of collected wisdom. Not only that, it is often possible to find monks here who will spend time with you helping to work out the issues. Just give us some information, trust us a little and I think your reception will be vastly different to the one you experienced this morning.
Don't be disheartened by a 'worst node'! I think I had one of those a while back too!

Updated I should also have mentioned that the one way to guarantee an even worse XP outcome - is to mention the XP outcome! It's kinda like the Fight Club (the movie). Put it behind you, you asked poorly, give us the help we need to be able to help you and then we can all get on with our ives. Well, at least you can get on with yours. | [reply] |

Don't let XP discourage you.
It's like yelling fag in a gay bar.
When is the last time you yelled fag in a gay bar?
I was in one last week and did that, and nobody seemed to care (btw, the only way to talk in a bar is to yell, otherwise no one can hear you).

Holy crap. This is my first post, and it is the worst node of the week. I mistakenly thought asking a question was the purpose of "seeking for wisdom." Boy was that a baptism by fire. I don't think I will ever ask a question here again. It's like yelling fag in a gay bar.
The reason you have the ability to update your post is not so you can comment on your XP. That will only garner you more negative XP (I didn't -- your node until you updated it to include the word "crap").

So Anonymous Monks now only log in to vote, while posting anonymously? Jeezes.

Boy was that a baptism by fire.
Eh, don't worry about it. There are people
with much worse nodes who nevertheless
manage to maintain Saint status (presumably, by also
posting some good nodes, logging in regularly, voting,
and so on). In a week or so, your node will no longer
be worst node of the week, and everyone will forget
about it. Most of us don't generally look at the
Worst Nodes list very often anyway; it's much more
interesting to look at Newest Nodes or Best Nodes or
Obfuscated Code or whatever.
