Started programming in 1967 (IBM 360/Assembler language); designed and built systems using APL, Assembler, Basic, C/C++, CICS, COBOL, Fortran, PL/I... Currently a technology management consultant specializing in project turnarounds, technology optimization, system selection, and IT department management. Getting back into programming: Perl is cool! (So is Ruby and JavaScript and Ruby on Rails. Currently working as a QE software automation engineer and fondly remembering my Perl days)
