Microsoft's MSDN library is the place where I would start this search. There you will get the interfaces you need to work with on both products.
A quick search of the site turned up this article for migration from Access to MS SQL. It is for an early version of MS SQL but should be a good starting place.
(IE Or Mozilla/Netscape style browsers are needed to work with MS sites)
