Thanks for your reply. Just a quick question. What would $q->param('DELIVERMESSAGE') return if DELIVERMESSAGE is not set to equal anything?.

ie. If the only thing that is passed is

MyScript.pl?DELIVERMESSAGE

OR

MyScript.pl?MESSAGECOUNT
[download]

How would I be able to tell whether they wanted DELIVERMESSAGE or MESSAGECOUNT??
As for the sessions or cookies, the answer is no.

I would use `$ENV{'QUERY_STRING'}` then, if you don't have name/value params. dhoss "and I wonder, when I sing along with you if everything could ever feel this real forever? if anything could ever be this good again? the only thing I'll ever ask of you, you've gotta promise not to stop when I say 'when'", she sang	[reply] [d/l]
