Template Toolkit Resources on the Web?

monsieur_champs has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Fellows
I was wondering if is there some Andy Wardley's fantastic Template::Toolkit libraries arround there that makes it easy to build HTML pages from simpler elements, and wasn't able to find nothing more than this. I guess I'm looking for the wrong thing, or at the wrong places. Can anyone please point me to a good source for Template Toolkit resources? Of course, I've already explored the Template Toolkit Website and can't make Google toss anything interesting about this matter.

[Update]: I've just found this article about Template Toolkit, but it seems not to use any pre-made building blocks.

Bits of it are tad akward (like the menu stuff), but it's all very hackable :)(hey, it's what andy starts from, and if he can do it, so can I or you)

"nothing more than this"?! The Splash library is the most comprehensive set of building blocks that I've seen for any templating system. It's also customizable. It should be able to handle whatever you want to do.
