I must say I agree with you in your reasoning for downvoting. It should be saved for extreme cases.

Then why isn't upvoting only saved for extreme circumstances? Why should medicore nodes get a positive rating?

I do not vote either way on mediocre nodes, I just ignore them. Basically that gives me three values ++, , and --. Or, good enough to deserve mention, bad enough to deserve mention, and ignored. ---- I Go Back to Sleep, Now. OGB	[reply]
