Ah, busy improving the reputation of German men vis-à-vis romance, I see. ;)

Valentine's day is not an American holiday per se, but I'm sure Americans have influenced how it is celebrated in Germany.

    Romance? What's that? Do I *have* to know that? Sounds italian to me. But then "vis-à-vis" sounds very french.
