There are 3 points to any project:
Por ejemplo, if your boss suddenly wants to cut delivery time in half, and you control the number of people on the project, and what the project will actually do when delivered, you have no problems
Even if you are allowed to control one of these factors, you are at an advantage. Say you are told that your code now has to move mountains, and your staff has been cut in half. Crap. But if you are allowed to push back delivery date, who cares?
