I dunno, it pretty well sums up my gripes about the OO-gestapo*. Ask a simple question, get a sanctimonious near-zero-information rant.

*for the most part I've experienced that world of perl-oo has thankfully escaped their notice. I hope the perl 6 object system retains the simplicity of what I understand now, this is what I believe keeps them away.
