RegExLib.com is a repository of regular expressions. It looks like it could be a good complement to Regex::Common, if you find yourself needing to parse Dutch or Australian telephone numbers.
The site seems to deal with JavaScript and .NET regular expression flavours, but most of the regexen I've looked at look like they'd work find in perl as well.
