You don't tell us what the problem with your code is, and you don't tell us what the supposed goal of your code is. Please do both.

I already told you in the chatterbox to read Using Win32::OLE and Excel - Tips and Tricks, Use The Macro Recorder, Luke (Re: Using Win32::OLE and Excel - Tips and Tricks) and the Microsoft Word Object Model Documentation. What parts of this have you read and how didn't they apply to your situation?
