Why Net::SMTP::Server?
Why a module with zero tests?
Why a module with no comprehensive examples?
Why a 2-star-1-review module from 1999 (thirteen years old)?

I would investigate Net::Server::Mail or AnyEvent::SMTP::Server or maybe POE server SMTP :)
