My question is if I can mimic an install such that Perl has these libraries without actually installing the Oracle client. I'm already well aware that I need the libraries, because I knew that, and because the error told me so.
All of this was stated in my original post, but I apparently need to reiterate it to you, which is why I'm telling you this.
