Hi I want to replace all occurrences of ENV{"value"} in the following string with $ENV("value"). This "value" is for example and varies.

$found="ENV{\"VCINSTALLDIR\"}\ATLMFC\LIB\amd64;ENV{\"LIBPATH\"}"

please help me how to do this
