While trying to install modules on a win7 64 system the problem is tha multiple modules do not want to install. This is regardless the distibution and even regardless the verion ( 5.14/ 5.16 both 32bits and 64 bits.) Installing using cpan results in an error message:

oad blib\script\wxperl_overload pl2bat.bat blib\script\wxperl_overload MDOOTSON/Wx-0.9916.tar.gz C:\strawberry\c\bin\dmake.exe -- OK Running make test C:\strawberry\perl\bin\perl.exe "-MExtUtils::Command::MM" "-e" "test_h +arness(0, 'blib\lib', 'blib\arch')" t/*.t t/01_load.t ........... Dubious, test returned 38 (wstat 9728, 0x2600) +.

This is followed by a popup error message telling: "Perl.exe stopped working" For some modules I managed to istall them manually, but this still results in the script not working and running the script results in the same popup error. "Perl.exe stopped working..." This only happens on a win7 64 system and does not depend on the distribution. The Wx module ( included in DMWIN perl) works okay in there, but I have the same issue with other modules even with this distribution. Anybody knows what the h.. can be wrong?
