http://search.cpan.org/dist/XML-LibXSLT/Changes -> Die when libxslt is 1.1.27. due to this bug Bug 684564 – Regression: Default namespace not correctly used

Naturally http://strawberryperl.com/release-notes/5.16.2.1-32bit.html uses libxslt-1.1.27 and I use 1.1.28
