Hah. This is an interesting question. I think demographic surveys are fascinating.

I'll admit that I had to look up what "epoch == 0" meant. I'm do believe my mom and dad were both still in high middle school back then! They're practically the same age, separated by a mere 8 days.

I thought about it and I meant middle school. My mom and dad would have been 11 going on 12 back then. I think I was confused because I forgot how short each school period is, and I recalled my mom graduating in 1976.

Of course, I guess this question is more vague than I first gave it credit for, having actually read through some of the replies. I just went with the epoch related to the first result Google returned. I was assuming "Unix time." :P
