Write a script to connect to the switches/rotuers via the interfaces they provide Net::SSH2, WWW::Mechanize, Cisco::Management etc. You'll have to do some research as you haven't specified how you need to connect to these devices. Log the output as required. Super Search is your friend, do some research, this sort of question gets asked from time to time. Note however that this isn't a code writing service.
