You haven't posted any code, you haven't told us which part you're having problems with. What you have done is posted a specification, most likely from an employer, and asked for "help". This reads like you want someone to do your job for you. This site is not a code writing service.

If you're actually using Win32::OLE and Mail::Outlook you should post the code you have and a description of the problems you encounter. Please read and understand How do I post a question effectively? and PerlMonks for the Absolute Beginner.
