while installing this module following error is comming please help me how to solve this problem

:) hire someone who reads error messages, interprets them, and takes appropriate actions :)
Locating bin:tidy... missing.
Unresolvable missing external dependency.
Please install 'tidy' seperately and try again.

I'm sure the various docs (README/INSTALL...) discuss where to get this 'tidy' so that you can install it
