Not that I'm aware of but then again things like webtoolkit and gwt are for quick steps for non-webdevs and probably fall apart quickly when you need to go outside the framework.
For web charting, I'd look into d3. It's a javascript framework -- I would just have my server side code generate the html/js needed and then let the browser do it's SVG thing.
